Greek yoghurt, raw honey, fresh berries
Three ingredients, no cooking, two minutes. The animal-based breakfast for days you cannot face a frying pan. Pair with a side of bacon if you need more.

Ingredients
- 01200 g full-fat plain Greek yoghurt (unsweetened)
- 021 tbsp raw honey
- 03100 g fresh berries (mixed if available)
- 04Optional: a small handful of beef pemmican or dried biltong on the side
Method
Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl. Use full-fat — non-fat or low-fat versions are tangier and less satisfying on an animal-based pattern.
Drizzle the honey over the top in a slow stream. Do not stir — the layered honey is part of the texture.
Scatter the berries over the honey. Halve any large strawberries.
Eat from the top down, getting a bit of honey-yoghurt-berry in each spoon. If using pemmican or biltong, eat alongside as a protein anchor for the meal.
